Qualifications

Michael Bledsoe, Craig Morrison and, Dave Pontius are certified at the following levels:

NRMCA (National Ready Mixed Concrete Association) Certifications:

  • Certified Pervious Concrete Craftsman
  • Certified Pervious Concrete Technician
  • Certified Pervious Concrete Installer

ACI (American Concrete Institute) Certification:

  • Certified ACI Concrete Flatwork Technician

Many of our installation team are ceretified at one or both of the following levels:

Pervious Concrete, Inc. has poured over 500,000 square feet of pervious concrete and are capable of pouring various types of pervious concrete.  Our installation experience includes shopping centers, housing developments, municipal projects, large parking lots, and even private residence driveways. PCI is employs the preferred hydraulic placing equipment.

Michael S. Bledsoe is President of Pervious Concrete, Inc.  In addition to his extensive experience in the installation of pervious concrete, Michael brings extensive business management experience to the enterprise, having been the CEO of a public company, and owner/founder/senior executive of several Northwest companies. Michael holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington, attended the MBA program at the University of Washington, and is a guest lecturer there from time to time. Michael has presented at national (NRMCA) panels on pervious concrete, and at regional panel on pervious concrete and LID practices. Michael is on the Washington State LID rewrite committee.

Craig L. Morrison is the Founder of Pervious Concrete, Inc. Craig has owner and President of CMI Homebuilders and has been in the land acquisition and development business for nearly 40 years and home construction for 20 years.   Craig founded PCI to solve a stormwater problem at one of CMI"s housing developments, and the business grew from there. Craig is on the Washington State LID rewrite committee.
