Neighborhood House High Point Center

Neighborhood House High Point Center is a newly constructed $ 13,000,000 project within the Seattle Housing Authority's High Point neighborhood in West Seattle.  It was developed by Neighborhood House, a non-profit that serves refugees, immigrants, and other low income clients become self sufficient.

Pervious concrete was chosen over asphalt for this LEED Gold project to help preserve a salmon bearing stream in the Longfellow Creek drainage, and to help the project qualify for LEED Gold status.  It contains a pervious concrete basketball court.
